1.The New Low Voltage Directive & EMC Directive are coming into force on 2016-04-20.                
/ 最新的LVD+EMC指令需于2016-4-20强制执行。

2.Pls check the Directive description in CE-LVD certificate & CE-EMC certificate and whether its      the New Directive in tabel above.                                                
/ 针对新的指令，先检查目前的 CE- LVD 证书 和 CE - EMC 证书，其描述的指令是否是以上表格的最新指令。

3.If old directive, Certificate needs update for new directive. (Standard need upgrade if possible.)
/ 如果是旧的指令， 需要进行证书的指令更新。（还有可能的标准更新。）

4.If only update directive, pls follow below.  (Applicable for both GS & LVD.)
/ 仅仅是指令更新，关注的事项是 （以下适用 GS证书和LVD 证书）：

-  Label on product must have both of  manufacturer and importer’s name and address.
/ 产品的铭牌上需要同时体现“持证人和进口商的公司名和地址”。
- Where that is not possible, on its packaging or in document accompanying the product.  
/ 如果产品太小， 必须体现在产品包装或附带的说明书上等。
